ADHD+ is a neurodivergent-led counceling- and education institute on a mission to to make this world a place where late-diagnosed ADHDers and AuDHDers can work, feel, and thrive unapologetically.We equip brilliant-but-overwhelmed minds with emotionally safe, body-based, and mindset-aligned systems to regulate, organize, and innovate — in life, business, and beyond.

ADHD+ exists to empower late-diagnosed ADHDers, AuDHDers, and other neurodivergent adults to thrive unapologetically.
We offer emotionally safe, soma-informed coaching, practical tools, and neurodivergent-friendly systems that honor the way each unique brain works. Through education, emotional intelligence, and community, we help people stop trying to “fix” themselves — and start building lives and businesses that actually fit. New as of this year we also offer ADHD+ Coach Certification.

Founder/ CEO ADHD+
Founder Elisabeth Bjørndal is an ADHD and AUDHD mother, entrepreneur, teacher, experienced coach and creator, who turned her neurodivergence into her ambition. With a background in teaching, trauma-informed support, emotional regulation coaching, and systems that actually stick — ADHD+ is as much heart as it is smart.
