WHAT CAN THE ADHD+MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM DO FOR YOU?
As a member in ADHD+ Membership Program you will get access to than 20 different courses, specifically made to solve neurodivergent challenges. All courses are interactive and live. If you are a procrastinator, we have led body-doubling- classes several times a week.
ADHD+ Membership Program is made by a neurodivergent person for neurodivergent people, to give you the support, warmth and knowledge you need before, during, and after your diagnosis, and for as long as you need. You don`t need to have a diagnosis to be a member, thus so many are overlooked, wrongly dismissed, rejected and even mis-diagnosed.
It is not your fault. And you are not alone.
Being a grownup with ADHD/ AuDHD today, is far from easy. New research is not yet implemented consistently in the system. Way too many are dismissed and denied assessment and treatment. Private psychiatrists have long waiting lists, and you are lucky if you get one who knows enough about these diagnosis to actually being able to help you.. These diagnosis look different in adults, especially in women, and way too few psychiatrists have this knowledge.
The ADHD+ Membership Program is updated on new and reliable research from all over the world. This is a safe place where you can evolve in your own speed, without demands, expectations and judgement. In our community you will not feel different, thus you are surrounded by likeminded, supporting and empathetic people, who want you to succeed and who understand your challenges and traumas. Sounds good, right?
Our conviction is that neurodivergent people don`t need fixing, but understanding. We view our brains as natural variations, equally as important to this world. We our proud to call ourselves a neuro affirming community.
Society is not designed for us, but this program sure as hell is.
This is a place where we can be proud of who we are, learn to unmask safely, develop self trust and accept ourselves exactly the way we are.
I am proud to say that this is a place where you will learn to love yourself and be unaplogetically YOU.
Yes, I want in!

"Elisabeth has saved my life"
"I am forever grateful for finding Elisabeth. If it wasn`t for her, I would never had understood I had ADHD and autism. Now I understand myself. Elisabeth has saved my life"
-Aud Rameckers, entrepreneur, nurse and healer.

"I recommend this woman to everyone!"
"I have never met anyone who genuinly understands everything I try to communicate, the way Elisabeth does. I feel safe and supported in conversation with her, and she makes me calm immediately. I recommend this woman to everyone! She is a brilliant communiactor! I`ve actually said to her that she is a movie I would pay to see!"
-Martine Fjellheim, entrepreneur and founder of Beetec

"Her ability to understand me, is unique"
"Elisabethis one of the warmest people I have met. Her ability to understand me, is unique. She reached out a hand when nobody else noticed I was crying for help. I was newly diagnosed without any follow-up and was in a terrible dark place. Just in a couple of weeks she taught me so much about myself and my ADHD (and my new diagnosis: Autism) Such a warm human being with so much knowledge and experience is unique. She is truly a role model!"
-Kine Stefferud, moderator in ADHD+Membership Program and former client.

Who am I?
My name is Elisabeth Bjørndal-Ruud, a late diagnosed ADHDer, a mother of 2 beautiful daughters, both neurodivergent, one ADHD, one AuDHD and a passionate advocate for diversity. I have worked with neurodivergent people all my life, and am by profession a special need teacher, a certified ADHD/ AuDHD trauma informed mindset- coach and founder of ADHD+
Ever since my younger brother was diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome in 1992, I have been passionately engaged in diversity, human rights and communication. The lack of knowledge around diversity created a lot of suffering for my family back then and I swore I would change this. I didn`t lack ambitions. 😅
In 2000 I finished my masters in special need teaching, and I realized early on in my carrier that I had an intuitive understanding for the humans who were "different".
I worked daily with ADHDers and autistic kids, and cooperated closely with psychologists. The kids found me safe, and they often chose to confide in me. They told me about being bullied, both subtle and direct, about anxiety, depression, how their home environment was, etc.. They told me about other teachers who bullied, and talked about the pressure they felt to get good grades, being good-looking and living up to the expectations around them.
Due to my ambition to make a difference, I started my insta-account @adhdsuperkvinne in 2020, and started spreading awareness, using myself as an example.
The need of help, understanding and knowledge was- and still is, desperate. It didn`t take long before my inbox was so full of people who needed help, that I couldn`t get around to answer them all..
That`s why I started the ADHD+ Membership Program. I wanted to create a place where I could help as many people I could.
ADHD+ opened May -22, as the first membership program for adult ADHders and Autistic people in Norway.

Testimonials:
"Elisabeth is a treasure!"
"She burns for people with ADHD/ AuDHD and who are autistic! She has ADHD herself and that for sure helps her understand and see you. She is extremely knowledgeable about neurodivergent people and people in general. I was newly diagnosed with ADHD at 45 years. Several of my family members also have ADHD, and finally my life now makes sense. With help from Elisabeth and her ADHD+ Membership Program, I get all my questions answered. There is an amazing community too, where everybody lifts each other up. At last I don`t feel alone with my challenges.
Elisabeth is the one who really can help you with these diagnosis. The health care system couldn`t help me. It`s tragic how little they know.
With Elisabeth in the drivers seat, we have the ability to change this! She helps everyone who needs help, by making difficult things easy to understand. I`ve finally found a fantastic woman who understands. Thank you, Elisabeth!❤️"
-Kathrine Krohn, Personal Fitness Trainer
"Thank you for creating the ADHD+ Membership Program!"
"Thank you for giving so much of yourself, for working so hard and standing up for us! And most of all, thank you for sharing the wisdom you have gained throughout your life with us!"
-Marianne Haug, social worker
We need each other!
ADHD or AUDHD impact every part of our lives, especially our relationships.
In our program you will learn how your brains works and how it differs from a neurotypical brain. You will learn to communicate your needs, set boundaries and accept yourself.
To maintain good relationships we have to address the difficult feelings and have the courage to be vulnerable with each other. This is challenging for most of us, and many people- in general- find this to be too hard, and avoid doing it.
In this program you will learn to hold space for difficult emotions, safely supported in the process..
Self development happens in relationships.
Getting diagnosed is for many the start of getting to know yourself for the first time, and some have to find the parts that got lost along the way.
That`s why you will learn to listen and understand your body`s signals.
We don`t do small-talk in here. We go deep, we go dark, we go all the way, and that`s why the members all want to stay.
Let`s drop the chit chat, and get down to the nitty gritty, shall we?

"That feeling"
"That feeling when you understand you have ADHD. That feeling when you meet others with ADHD on social media. That feeling when an enthusiast like Elisabeth starts a project like the ADHD+Membership Program "
-Joar Leite, Politician
"It's a bit like having your own, private ADHD encyclopedia.."
"What's so great about ADHD+Membership Program and Elisabeth, is that here we are all equal. Here you don't get a coach who doesn't get what you're struggling with. Having someone who knows everyday life the same way you do, is worth its weight in gold. Here you feel seen, both by Elisabeth and the rest of the members. We discuss in plenary, and if there's something you don`t know or understand, you can ask without feeling stupid.
I especially like the weekly live broadcasts, - we ask questions in advance, Elisabeth does research and answers all the questions, and goes through all the topics we've asked to know more about, and we have the opportunity to comment along the way. It's a bit like having your own, private ADHD encyclopedia, translated into a language you actually care to listen to 🥰"
-Marianne Rønning,
"Thank You!"
"Know that you help soo many people with what you do and with who you are. I hope I get the opportunity one day to give you a huge hug and tell you face to face how grateful I am for you. Thank You!

"There were many of us out there, but we were no longer alone!"
-Marianne Haug
"I was diagnosed when I was 39 years old. I thought I knew what ADHD was, and many pieces fell into place. But still, I had many questions, and no one really could answer them.
I am so grateful that I came across @adhdsuperkvinne on Instagram. I recognized myself in almost all the videos she posted, and that was the beginning of my search for the pieces of the puzzle I was missing to be able to put my picture together.
There were many of us out there, but we were not alone anymore! Elisabeth took the time for us, the time to answer. She shared and put into words so many important things about having ADHD, and finally she opened the ADHD+ Membership program, I was quick to sign up! In the portal we meet, there are course modules and we have weekly live broadcasts/meetings. We get to ask, we get answers, we share experiences and most importantly, we are understood and we learn ❤️
"no one else but Elisabeth has helped me understand what diagnosis I received, What she shares and teaches us is wonderfully educational. The community you find in ADHD+ is unique and it is so good to be able to begin to understand. What Elisabeth puts into words is so incredibly important for the rest of us who were all alone."
Together with Elisabeth we have an exciting journey ahead of us!"
"Thank you for everything you share!"
"Thank you so much for a fantastic workshop today! You are doing a great job and are a role model and encouragement to many. Keep up the fantastic work you are doing!"
-workshop participant and follower
"Hi! Yesterday I listened to the podcast "MinADHD" with the episode with you in it. Thanks for everything you share! I have just been diagnosed with ADHD and I recognized myself in so much of what you said! Incredibly nice and positive episode!"
-instagram follower
"Elisabeth is genuinely concerned about the well-being of her members!
"Elisabeth's vision of sharing knowledge and bringing people together on a platform where understanding and acceptance can be achieved is truly unique in my opinion.
Elisabeth is genuinely concerned that members have a good time. She strongly wants us to help shape the ADHD+ Membership Program with input, feedback, laughter and praise.
The best thing is that she has ADHD herself, so when she fiddles with things during a live broadcast, or impulsively "over-shares" during a meeting, she is aware of it, and I really recognize what she does and says. It feels good that there are more of us with the same challenges together on one platform. I feel a kind of unique belonging to both Elisabeth and the other members.
The ADHD+ Membership Program opens up opportunities for people to learn and share experiences with each other.
Knowledge is power in my world. The more we humans can and learn, the more understanding we gain about ADHD and ASD.
The ADHD+ Membership Program is highly recommended!"
-Camilla Kalland, artist and painter
ADHD+Membership Program is only
49💲 per month
No binding, you can leave at any time.
Register for membership here!I smiled, but inside I felt dead.
I hated everything about myself. For as long as I can remember, I have been extremely critical of myself. At some point, I gave up the idea that life could be any different. No one ever knew how broken I felt.
Getting the diagnosis was pivotal for me. It wasn`t until then, I understood why I was the way I was and could begin the process of understanding and accepting myself.
But living 43 years thinking I was a defective human being is a long time. It only make sense that it takes time to change how you view yourself.
Since getting my ADHD-diagnosis, I have been deep-diving into neurodiversity. I have been through therapy and learned about my brain from the best ADHD-coaches and self-development therapists in the world. I have grieved, read hundreds of books, listened to hundreds of podcasts, taken countless courses, webinars and bravely leaned into the process of un-layering and discovering my authentic self.
I have strengthened my skills in so many areas.
I have taken a basic course in trauma understanding and trauma treatment for adults. I am certified as a Couple Check-examiner and as a certified course leader for divergent couples.
I am a certified Focused ADHD- coach, and am currently a coachee in the world`s first advanced AuDHD-coaching training program.
I have my own ADHD-coach at all times, because I honestly am so much better at regulating myself knowing I have my coach for support.
Healing takes time and effort. It is hard to look back at your life with new lenses. I have needed courage, support, care and expert guidance/coaching from people who undertood me, what I had been through and how my brain and body work.
For many late-diagnosed divergent people, additional treatment is necessary because of trauma. My experience is that coaching can, if the coaching is trauma-informed, sometimes be enough in itself. But I always recommend therapy and treatment in addition to this program, if Ithere is deeper unresolved issues.
The ADHD+ Membership Program is heavily influenced by the feedback from thousands of ADHDers and AuDHDers, and is constantly evolving.
All members are encouraged to give constructive critisism, voice their opinions and get their perspective and thoughts respected and listened to.
But, and this is a big but (no point intended 😂), if you are looking for a quick fix, this program is not for you.
If you are looking for a place where you have all the support you need to really get to know the essence of who you are, and are willing to lay down the work, you have come to the right place.
This program is an investment in YOU.
When did you last invest longterm in yourself?
Be honest: Would you rather fix everything yourself, than having to ask for help?
I hated asking for help (and I do not love it today either), I felt like a failure if I couldn`t do it by myself. Helping others was a total different ballgame! That made me feel valued. Brené Brown called this: "hustling for your worthiness", and that was exactly what I did.
My guess is you've also felt it much easier helping everyone but yourself.
In the ADHD+ Membership Program, we work on feeling valuable. We don`t just scratch the surface, we do deep work. We truly work on self acceptance. It doesn`t come easy, but nothing worth having, does. And believe me, it is so worth it.
This is the place that allows you to grow and become all that you are.
If you`re wondering if you can afford the 49 dollars a month,
ask yourself this: Can you afford not to?
I want to prioritize myself and be a member!
